Ingredients:
- Chicken (boneless) ½ kg
- Yogurt ½ cup
- Papaya Paste 2 tsp
- Mustard Oil 4 tbsp
- Dessicated Coconut 1 tsp
- Red Chili Powder 1 tsp
- Red Chilies (crushred) 1 tsp
- Ginger Garlic 2 tsp
- Poppy Seeds Powder 2 tsp
- Shashlik Sticks as required
- Garam Masala Powder 1 tsp
- Salt ½ tsp
- Oil ½ cup
- Parathay as required
Method:
- Cut the chicken in small cubes and marinate chicken with yogurt
- Add papaya paste , mustard oil, dessicated coconut, red chili powder,crushed red chilies
- Add poppy seeds powder,ginger garlic, garam masala powder , salt and leave it for half an hour.
- Thread chicken in shashlik stick
- In a pan, heat oil and fry take it out until golden brown.
- After this, take a paratha spread a layer of chicken and roll it .
