Chicken Bihari Roll by Rida Aftab

Ingredients:

  • Chicken (boneless) ½ kg
  • Yogurt ½ cup
  • Papaya Paste 2 tsp
  • Mustard Oil 4 tbsp
  • Dessicated Coconut 1 tsp
  • Red Chili Powder 1 tsp
  • Red Chilies (crushred) 1 tsp
  • Ginger Garlic 2 tsp
  • Poppy Seeds Powder 2 tsp
  • Shashlik Sticks as required
  • Garam Masala Powder 1 tsp
  • Salt ½ tsp
  • Oil ½ cup
  • Parathay as required

Method:

  1. Cut the chicken in small cubes and marinate chicken with yogurt
  2. Add papaya paste , mustard oil, dessicated coconut, red chili powder,crushed red chilies
  3. Add poppy seeds powder,ginger garlic, garam masala powder , salt and leave it for half an hour.
  4. Thread chicken in shashlik stick
  5. In a pan, heat oil and fry take it out until golden brown.
  6. After this, take a paratha spread a layer of chicken and roll it .
