Ingredients:
- Potatoes ½ kg
- Flour ½ cup
- Chicken Mince 2 cups
- Onions 2
- Mushrooms ½ cup
- Coriander Leaves ¼ cup
- Green Chilies as required
- Salt 1 tsp
- Egg & Bread crumbs as required
- Butter 2 tbsp
- Oil 4 tbsp
Method:
- Knead together ½ cup flour, ½ kg Potatoes, 2 tbsp butter, 1 tsp salt and ¼ cup coriander leaves.
- Now fry onions
- Add green chilies, 2 cups chicken mince, salt and ½ cup mushroom.
- Cook for a while.
- Now roll the kneaded flour dough, and spread mince filling on it, turn the ouri and make rolls.
- Now dip the rolls in beaten egg and roll in bread crumbs, Fry and serve
