Aalu Qeema Rolls Recipe by Zubaida Tariq

Ingredients:

  • Potatoes ½ kg
  • Flour ½ cup
  • Chicken Mince 2 cups
  • Onions 2
  • Mushrooms ½ cup
  • Coriander Leaves ¼ cup
  • Green Chilies as required
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Egg & Bread crumbs as required
  • Butter 2 tbsp
  • Oil 4 tbsp

Method:

  1. Knead together ½ cup flour, ½ kg Potatoes, 2 tbsp butter, 1 tsp salt and ¼ cup coriander leaves.
  2. Now fry onions
  3. Add green chilies, 2 cups chicken mince, salt and ½ cup mushroom.
  4. Cook for a while.
  5. Now roll the kneaded flour dough, and spread mince filling on it, turn the ouri and make rolls.
  6.  Now dip the rolls in beaten egg and roll in bread crumbs, Fry and serve
