Mix Subzi by Zubaida Tariq

Mix Subzi by Zubaida Tariq recipe by Zubaida Tariq is to be deliciously cooked at live cooking show “Handi” on Masala TV only.

Ingredients:

  • Potatoes (cubed) 4
  • Peas (peeled) 1 cup
  • Carrot (finely chopped) 2
  • Flat Green Beans (finely chopped) 8
  • Dill (finely chopped) 2 bunches
  • Fenugreek Leaves (finely chopped) 4
  • Button Red Chilies 4-6
  • Green Chilies 3
  • Salt to taste
  • Turmeric 1 tsp
  • Cumin Seeds ½ tsp
  • Garlic (peeled) 4 cloves
  • Lemon Juice as required
  • Oil 1 cup

Method:

1. Heat oil in a wok and fry potatoes and keep them aside.
2. Fry garlic cloves in a same wok, add all vegetables and seasonings.
3. Leave it to simmer
4. Lastly add lemon Juice and serve hot.
