Ingredients:
- Undercut Beef (cubed) half kg
- Ginger garlic and papaya 1 tbsp each
- Allspice and chili powder 1 tsp each
- Roasted and crush cumin 1 tsp
- Roasted gram 1 tbsp grinded
- Poppy seeds 1 tsp grinded
- Salt 1 tsp
- Lemon juice 2 tbsp
- Oil ¼ cup
- Brown onion (ground) 2 tbsp
- French Fries 1 cup
- Frozen peas 1 cup
Method:
1. Marinate your undercut boties for all the given ingredients for 1 hour.
2. Heat oil in a lagan spread boties and cooks on low fire cover till tender.
3. Serve with onion rings coriander leaf French fries and boil peas.
