Boti Tikka Masala by Zubaida Tariq

Ingredients:

  • Beef ½ kg
  • Lemons 3
  • Roasted cumin powder 1 tsp
  • Red chili flakes 1 tbsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Raw papaya paste 2 tbsp
  • Tikka Masala 2 tbsp
  • Oil 2 tbsp
  • Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Wash Meat and add in 2 tbsp papaya paste, 3 tbsp lemon juice, some salt, 2 tbsp tikka masala, 1 tbsp red chili flakes and 1 tsp roasted white cumin.
  2. Mix it and hammer them.
  3. Cook them on the grill pan.
  4. Keep on brushing oil.
