Ingredients:
- Chicken Tikka Meat (shredded) 2 cups
- Bread Slices 6
- Green Chilies (chopped) 2 tsp
- Semolina 5 tbsp heaped
- Cottage Cheese (grated) half cup
- Salt 1 tsp
- Red Pepper (crushed) 1 ½ tsp
- Coriander Leave (chopped) 1 tsp
- Garam Masala half tsp
- Chaat masala half tsp
- Garlic Paste half tsp
- Sambal Oeleak 1 tbsp
Method:
- Soak bread slices in water for 30 sec.
- Mix all the ingredients together with the bread and mix well.
- Divide the mixture into small balls.
- Flatten like kababs and fry.
