Ingredients:
- Mince 250 grams
- Onions (Finally chopped) 1 cup
- Gram flour 2 tbsp
- Coriander leaves 2 tbsp
- Turmeric ¼ tsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Green chilies (ground) 6
- Garlic Paste 1 tsp grinded
- Ginger Paste 1 inch piece
- Cinnamon & Clove Powder 1 tsp
- Poppy seeds (roasted & ground) 1 tsp
Method:
- Grind the mince very finely, heat 1 tbsp oil fry onion till brown add in all the ingredients expect gram flour mix well now add gram flour and coriander leaves and 2 tbsp hot oils mix well shape into tinny wadas and deep fry till golden.
