Ingredients:
- Gram lentil 1 cup
- Yellow lentils ½ cups
- Green chilies 3
- Coriander leaves 2 tbsp chopped
- Ginger 1 tbsp chopped
- Onion chopped half cup
- Crush red pepper 1 tsp
- Hot oil 1 tbsp
- Cumin crushed 1 tsp
- Coriander crushes 1 tsp
- Black pepper 1 tsp
- Sambal Oelek 1 tbsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Oil for deep frying
Method:
- Soak both the daal separately for 4 hours.
- Grind them along.
- Transfer the daal paste in to bowl add in all the ingredients , mix well with your hands beating well for 10 mins.
- Heat oil for deep frying fry Vadas on medium heat till light brown.
- Drain after 15 mins, cut the vadas in 2 pieces each re heat oil and deep fry till golden brown serve with any chatni.
