Ingredients:
- Chicken (16 Pieces) 1
- Red Pepper (crushed) 1 tbsp
- Turnip ½ kg
- Turmeric 1 tsp
- Salt to taste
- Green Chilies (finely chopped) 8
- Sugar 1 tbsp
- Lemons 4
- Allspice Powder 1 tsp
- Yogurt ½ cup
- Black Pepper (crushed) 1 tsp
- Coriander Leaves (chopped) 1 bunch
- Ginger Garlic Paste 1 tbsp
- Oil 1 cup
Method:
- Peel and chop turnip into small cubes
- Add washed chicken pieces in a wok with ginger garlic and salt.
- Cook till water dries.
- Add oil, seasonings and cook for a while.
- Fry turnip in another pan and add fried turnip cubes to the chicken with sugar, lemon, green chilies, coriander, all spice.
- Leave it to simmer .
- When water in the wok dries off , stir and cook.
- Serve hot.
