Boti Kabab By Zubaida Tariq

Ingredients:

  • Beef 1kg
  • Red chili powder 1 tbsp
  • Roasted cumin powder 1 tsp
  • Lemons 3
  • Oil ½ cup
  • Yogurt ½ cup
  • Ginger Garlic Paste 1 tbsp
  • Raw papaya paste 2 tbsp
  • Salt to taste

 

Method:

  1. Add in yogurt, salt, 1 tbsp red chili powder, 2 tbsp raw papaya paste, 1 tsp roasted cumin and 3 lemon juice in meat.
  2. Marinate it for 1 hour.
  3. Put them in BBQ sticks or spread them in pan.
  4. Give a coal burn and add some oil.
  5. Cover the pan.
  6. Keep it for 10 minutes and serve.
