Ingredients:
- Prawns half kg
- Salt 1 tsp
- Yogurt 3 tbsp
- Vinegar 2 tbsp
- Chili Powder 2 tsp
- Allspice ¼ tsp
- Tandoori Masala 2 tbsp
- Brown Onions (ground) 2 tbsp
- Coriander leaves (chopped) 1 tbsp
- Green Chilies (chopped) 2
Method:
- Marinate the prawns with all the given ingredients for 20 min.
- Heat oil add marinated prawns, cook for 10 – 15 min.
- Give Dum of coal serve garnished with coriander and green chilies.
