Ingredients:
- For Prawns
- Prawns 200 grams
- Garlic Paste ½ tsp
- Cumin Powder ½ tsp
- Crushed Red Chili ½ tsp
- Olive Oil 1 tsp
- Salt to taste
For Dressing:
- Soya Sauce 2 tbsp
- Vinegar 2 tbsp
- Garlic (Chopped) ½ tsp
- Crushed Black Pepper ½ tsp
- Olive Oil 1 tbsp
- Salt to taste
For Salad:
- Carrot (Finely Slices) 1
- Ice Berg 100 grams
- Runer Beans 100 grams
- Mango (Cubes Without Peel) 100 grams
- Water 3 cups
Method:
For Prawns:
- Take a microwave proof mixing bowl add 200 grams of prawns, ½ tsp of garlic paste, ½ tsp of cumin powder, ½ tsp of crushed red chili, 1 tsp of olive oil,
- Add to taste salt mix it well and marinade the prawns then bake it on a microwave oven on 100% for 4 minutes.
- Then take it out in a oven then again place the bowl in a microwave oven for 3 minutes on grill operation take out the prawns and turn into another side again
- Place the bowl in a micro wave oven for 3 minutes on a grill operation.
- Now prawns are ready.
For Dressing:
- Take a mixing bowl add 2 tbsp of soya sauce, 2 tbsp of vinegar, ½ tsp of chopped garlic, ½ tsp of crushed black pepper, 1 tbsp of olive oil and add to taste salt mix it well.
For Salad:
- cut all the vegetables.
- Take another microwave proof mixing bowl add 100 grams of runner beans and add water boil it on 100% M for 10 minutes take it out and cut into cubes then mix it all the vegetables and prawns.
- Now pour the dressing on the top of it mix it well.
- Now take it out in a serving bowl serve it.
