Anda Chana Salan Recipe by Gulzar

Ingredients:

  • Boiled Eggs 3-4 pc
  • White chicks ½ kg
  • Chicken stock 1 jug
  • Onion 2 pc
  • Ginger Garlic Paste 1 tbsp
  • Tomato (finely slice) 2-3 pc
  • Garam Masala Powder 1 tbsp
  • Coriander Powder 1 tbsp
  • Turmeric Powder 2 tsp
  • Green Chilies 5-6 pc
  • Whole Cumin Seeds (roasted & crushed) 1 tsp
  • Black Pepper crushed 1 tsp
  • Soda ½ tsp
  • Oil 2 cup
  • Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Soak white chicks for whole night.
  2. Wash it in morning.
  3. In a pan add white chicks & stock and soft boil it.
  4. In another pan add onion & brown it, add ginger garlic paste & cook it well.
  5. Now add all spices & cook it for 2 -3 minutes.
  6. When Masala is dried then add tomato & mix it well.
  7. When Masala is done then add white chicks in it & cook it till white chicks tender.
  8. Now add eggs & dish out it.
  9. Garnish it with coriander & serve it.
