Ingredients:
- Boiled Eggs 3-4 pc
- White chicks ½ kg
- Chicken stock 1 jug
- Onion 2 pc
- Ginger Garlic Paste 1 tbsp
- Tomato (finely slice) 2-3 pc
- Garam Masala Powder 1 tbsp
- Coriander Powder 1 tbsp
- Turmeric Powder 2 tsp
- Green Chilies 5-6 pc
- Whole Cumin Seeds (roasted & crushed) 1 tsp
- Black Pepper crushed 1 tsp
- Soda ½ tsp
- Oil 2 cup
- Salt to taste
Method:
- Soak white chicks for whole night.
- Wash it in morning.
- In a pan add white chicks & stock and soft boil it.
- In another pan add onion & brown it, add ginger garlic paste & cook it well.
- Now add all spices & cook it for 2 -3 minutes.
- When Masala is dried then add tomato & mix it well.
- When Masala is done then add white chicks in it & cook it till white chicks tender.
- Now add eggs & dish out it.
- Garnish it with coriander & serve it.
