Almond Chicken by Chef Gulzar

Ingredients:

  • Boneless Chicken (slice) ½ kg
  • Garlic (finely chopped) 10-15 cloves
  • Black Pepper (crushed) 1 tsp
  • Green Chilies (sliced) 8-10 pc
  • Chili Garlic Sauce ½ cup
  • Soya Sauce 2-3 tbsp
  • Lemon Juice 2 tbsp
  • Almonds 1 cup
  • Chinese Salt as required
  • Oil 2-3 tbsp
  • Salt to taste

 

Method:

  1. In a pan, heat oil, & fry garlic.
  2. Now add Boneless Chicken & stir fry it.
  3. When color is slightly change then add black pepper, chili garlic sauce, soya sauce salt and Chinese salt & fry it.
  4. Now add almonds, green chilies and lemon juice & mix it.
  5. In last, dish out & serve it.
