Ingredients:
- Fish 1 kg
- Spinach (boiled) 1kg
- Fenugreek Seeds ½ kg
- Green Chilies 50 gms
- Ginger Garlic 1 tbsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Turmeric Powder 1 tsp
- Yogurts 375gms
For Fish:
- Red Chili 1tsp
- Garlic Paste 2 tsp
- Carom Seeds 1tsp
- Gram Flour 2 tbsp
- Rice Flour 2 tbsp
- Oil 1 cup
Method:
- Marinate fish, with red chili , garlic pste, carom seeds, rice flour, garam flour and leave it 1hour.
- In a pan, heat oil and fry.
- After this, In the remaining oil add ginger garlic and fry.
- When aroma comes,add water.
- Now add green chilies,yogurt,fenugreek seeds,salt, turmeric powder and fry.
- After this, add boiled spinach and dry on high flame.
- Then add fish and let it simmer for 5 minutes.
- Removes from the stove , delicious Machli Saag is ready.
