Ingredients:
- Mince ½ kg
- Onions 2
- Yogurt 250 gms
- Green Chilies 4
- Mint Leavess ½ bunch
- Ginger Garlic Paste 2 tsp
- Red Chili Powder2 tsp
- Cumin Seeds 1tbsp
- Garam Masala Powder 2tsp
- Green Cardamoms 2
- Turmeric Powder ½ tsp
- Desiccated Coconut 1tbsp
- Salt ½ tsp
- Oil ½ cup
- Eggs 2
- Coal 1
Method:
- In a blender, blended mince, ginger garlic paste, red chili powder, salt and turmeric.
- Now add egg and make kababs.
- After this, in a pan add fried kabab, cumin seeds, desiccated coconut, cardamom and let it simmer for 10 minutes.
- After this, add green chilies, mint leaves and give coal steam.
- In the end, add garam masala powder and serve.
- Dhuwandaar karahi Kabab is ready.
