Dhuan Dar Karahi Kabab By Rida Aftab

Ingredients:

  • Mince ½ kg
  • Onions 2
  • Yogurt 250 gms
  • Green Chilies 4
  • Mint Leavess ½ bunch
  • Ginger Garlic Paste 2 tsp
  • Red Chili Powder2 tsp
  • Cumin Seeds 1tbsp
  • Garam Masala Powder 2tsp
  • Green Cardamoms 2
  • Turmeric Powder ½ tsp
  • Desiccated Coconut 1tbsp
  • Salt ½ tsp
  • Oil ½ cup
  • Eggs 2
  • Coal 1

 

Method:

  1. In a blender, blended mince, ginger garlic paste, red chili powder, salt and turmeric.
  2. Now add egg and make kababs.
  3. After this, in a pan add fried kabab, cumin seeds, desiccated coconut, cardamom and let it simmer for 10 minutes.
  4. After this, add green chilies, mint leaves and give coal steam.
  5. In the end, add garam masala powder and serve.
  6. Dhuwandaar karahi Kabab is ready.
