Ingredients:
- Rice ½ kg
- Carrots 250gms
- Spring Onion 250 gms
- Fresh Red Chilies 4
- Garlic 1 tbsp
- Stock 2 cup
- Capsicums 2
- Mushrooms 1cup
- Salt 1 tsp
- Black Pepper 1tsp
- Soy Sauce 4 tbsp
- Eggs 3
- Oil 3 tbsp
Method:
- Soak rice and leave it half and hour .
- Then sieve it and add stock.
- When dries water, removes from the stove.
- Heat oil add carrots, spring onions, fresh red chilies, garlic, capsicums, mushrooms, black pepper, salt, soy sauce and cook for 2 minutes.
- Then add in rice and mix.
- Now take it out in a dish.
- After this, heat oil add egg and fry.
- When they cook crispy, add rice.
- After this, add remaining eggs and fry.
- Garlic Vegetable Rice is ready.
