Ingredients:
- Olive oil 1-1/2 tbsp
- Chopped onion 2 tbsp
- Chopped carrot 2 tbsp
- Chopped capsicum 2 tbsp
- Peas 2 tbsp
- Chopped spinach 3 tbsp
- Ginger garlic paste 1/2 tsp
- Red chilli powder 1/2 tsp
- Curry powder 1 tsp
- Oats 1/2 cup
- Lemon juice 1 tsp
- Water 1/4 cup
Method:
- In a pan, add olive oil first, sauté onion.
- Now add chopped onion, chopped capsicum, peas, and ginger garlic paste.
- Mix well then add spinach, curry powder, chilli powder and fry for 2 to 3 minutes.
- Mix oats well and cook further for 2 minutes.
- Later add water, lemon juice and mix.
- Cover with lid and leave for few minutes.
- Serve with bread or chapati.
