To make Prawns:
Ingredients:
- Prawns ½ kg
- Corn flour 3 tbsp
- Plain flour with chicken cube 1 tbsp
- Eggs 2
- Salt as required
- Sugar 1 tsp
- Oil for frying
Method:
- Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and beat well.
- Dip one prawn in this mixture and deep fry.
- When cooked and golden brown in color, take them out on a paper, so that all the excess oil is absorbed.
To make Sauce:
Ingredients:
- Tomato sauce ½ cup
- Soya sauce 2 tbsp
- Jaggery tbsp
- Garlic 6
- Corn flour 2 tbsp
- White vinegar 2 tbsp
- Black pepper powder ½ tsp
- Pineapple juice tbsp
- Salt as required
- Sesame oil few drops
- Oil 2 tbsp
Method:
- Mix all the ingredients and stir with wooden spoon and make a thick sauce.
To make vegetables:
Ingredients:
- Capsicum 3
- Onions 3
- Cauliflower 1
- Soya sauce 1 tsp
- White vinegar 1 tsp
- Pineapple cubes 6
- Sugar 1 tsp
- White pepper powder 1 tsp
- Salt as required
- Oil 1 tbsp
Method:
- In a pan take oil and put vegetables in it.
- Turn the flame high and continue stirring and at this stage add vinegar, soy sauce, white pepper powder, and sugar and keep stirring and then turn off the flame.
- When you have to serve the dish, mix all the three things and heat and then serve.
- Sweet and sour prawns are ready.
