Chinese Chicken Balls By Zubaida Tariq

Ingredients:

  • Chicken Mince ½ kg
  • Ginger Garlic Paste 1 tbsp
  • Corn Flour 2 tbsp
  • Chicken Powder 1 tbsp
  • Bread Slices 2
  • White Vinegar 2 tbsp
  • Crushed Black Pepper ½ tbsp
  • Sugar 1 tsp
  • Chopped Green Onion 2
  • Salt to taste
  • Egg 2
  • Oil to fry

 

For Sauce:

  • Chili Garlic Sauce ½ cup
  • Tomato Ketchup 1 cup
  • Jaggery 1 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Corn Flour 1 tbsp

 

Method:

  1. Cut the corners of the bread slices and mix it with ½ kg chicken mince.
  2. Chop it together.
  3. In a bowl, take out the chopperized mince.
  4. Mix in corn flour, chicken cube flour, vinegar, crushed black pepper and some salt.
  5. Add in green onion and eggs.
  6. Mix it.
  7. Make small balls and dip them in egg white and fry.
  8. In a frying pan, add in ½ cup chili garlic sauce, tomato ketchup, jiggery, salt and corn flour.
  9. Mix it and make a thick sauce.
  10. Put the sauce in the dish.
  11. Add in chicken balls.
  12. Garnish it with spring onions and serve.
