Ingredients:
- Rice 2 cups
- Green Chilies (julienned) 8
- Ginger (finely chopped) 2 tbsp
- Soya Sauce 1 tsp
- White Vinegar 2 tbsp
- Salt to taste
- Oil 1 cup
- Sugar 1 tsp
- Chicken Powder 1 tbsp
- Spring Onion Leaves (chopped) ½ cup
Method:
- Wash rice and boil it with salt and 1 tbsp white vinegar.
- Boil till they are ¾ done, drain water and leave it to simmer.
- Heat 1 cup oil in a wok and fry ginger and green chilies, add rice to it with 1 tsp soya sauce, 1 tso sugar and 1 tbsp chicken powder.
- Mix well.
- Lastly add spring onion leaves before serving.
