Kashmiri Pulao by Rida Aftab

Ingredients:

 

  • Chicken ½ kg
  • Ginger Garlic Paste 2tbsp
  • Rice ½ kg
  • Ashrafi 1 cup
  • Whole Garam Masala 1 tsp
  • Pinus Gerardiana 2 tbsp
  • Currants 2 tbsp
  • Cashewnuts 2 tbsp
  • Pineapple ½ cup
  • Orange Juice ½ cup
  • Coriander Leaves 1 bunch
  • Black Pepper (chopped) 1tsp
  • Ghee 4 tbsp

 

Method:

  1. In a pan, heat oil add chicken and fry.
  2. When they are change the color, add chopped black pepper, salt, whole garam masala, ginger garlic, water and fry.
  3. Now in stock add rice.
  4. When simmer come, add Pineapple, Cashewnuts, Orange Juice, Currants, Pinus Gerardiana, Coriander Leaves and let it simmer.
  5. Delicious Kashmiri Pulao is ready.
