Kaleji Timatar Masala by Rida Aftab

Ingredients:

  • Liver 1kg
  • Tomatoes 250 gms
  • Yogurt 250 gms
  • Lemon Juice 4 tbsp
  • Red Chili (chopped) 1 tbsp
  • Salt ½ tsp
  • White Cumin Seeds 1tsp
  • Mustard Seeds 1tsp
  • Green Chilies 4
  • Ginger Garlic (chopped) 1 tbsp
  • Corinader Leaves ½ bunch
  • Fenugreek Seeds 1 tbsp
  • Garam Masala Powder 1 tsp
  • Oil ½ cup

 

Method:

  1. Marinate liver with lemon juice .
  2. Now in a pan, heat oil add Tomatoes, Red Chili, Salt, White Cumin Seeds, Mustard
  3. Fenugreek Seeds, Garam Masala Powder and fry.
  4. Now add liver and fry on high flame.
  5. After this, add yogurt and let it simmer for 10 minutes.
  6. In the end, add Corinader Leaves, Green Chilies and serve.
