Malai Gosht

Ingredients:

  • Meat Chops and meat pieces mix 1 kg
  • Onions 2
  • Ginger Garlic 2 tsp
  • Cumin Powder 1 tsp
  • Red Chili Powder 1 tsp
  • Coriander Powder 1 tsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • All Spice Powder ½ tsp
  • Whole Black Pepper ½ tsp
  • Papaya 2 tsp
  • Cream 1 cup
  • Yogurt 375g
  • Ghee 1 cup
  • Coal 1 piece

Method:

  1. In 1 kg meat, add 375g yogurt, 1 cup cream, 2 tsp papaya and 1 tsp salt and put it on the fridge.
  2. Now heat 1 cup ghee and add yogurt on the meat and cover it so that it gets done.
  3. Then heat oil and add 2 onions and make them brown.
  4. Now add 2 tsp ginger garlic, 1 tsp cumin, 1 tsp red chili powder, 1 tsp coriander powder, ½ tsp all spice powder and ½ tsp whole black pepper and cook it.
  5. Now add prepared meat and put it on simmer for 10 minutes and in the end give smoke of coal.
  6. Malai Gosht is ready.
