ARVI KAY KABAB

Ingredients:

  • Colocasia ½ kg
  • Gram flour 1 cup
  • Egg 1
  • Green chilies 3
  • Tamarind paste ½ cup
  • Chopped green coriander ½ bunch
  • Chopped mint leaves ½ bunch
  • Yogurt 1 tsp
  • Carom seeds 1 tsp
  • Red chili flakes 1 TBSP
  • Kabab Masala 1 tbsp
  • Oil to fry
  • Salt to taste

 

Method:

  1. Wash, peel and boil colocasia.
  2. In a bowl, take 1 cup gram flour, 1 egg, 1 tsp kabab masala, 1 tbsp red chili flakes, 1 tsp carom seeds, salt, ½ bunch green coriander, ½ bunch mint leaves and ½ cup tamarind paste and make a thick paste out of these things.
  3. When the colocasia is cooked, Cool it.
  4. Grease your hands and press the boiled colocasia in the shape of cutlets.
  5. Add in the gram flour mixture and make cutlets.
  6. Deep fry them and serve them with tomato ketchup.
