Kung Pao Chicken
Ingredients:
- Chicken Boneless Strips 400 g
- Soya Sauce 2 tbsp
- Corn Starch 1 tsp
- Whole Red Chilies 6-8
- Oil 4 tbsp
- Chopped Garlic 2 tsp
- Capsicum (Diced) 1
- Cucumber 1
- Vinegar 1 tbsp
- Roasted and Chopped Peanut ½ cup
- Sugar 1 tsp
- Chicken Stock ¼ cup
Method:
- In a bowl mix chicken, soya sauce and cornstarch well and marinate for a while.
- Heat oil in pan add garlic and whole red chili, sauté.
- Add chicken, fry well.
- When chicken cook well add stock, sugar and vinegar, cook till sauce become thick.
- Add capsicum and cucumber, toss well and remove in dish.
- In the end sprinkle roasted and chopped peanut and serve.
