| Round Gourd | 500 gm |
| Chicken mince | 100 gm |
| Garlic paste | 1 tbsp |
| Chopped green chilies | 2 to 3 |
| Coriander powder | 1 tsp |
| Red chili powder | 1 tsp |
| All spice powder | ½ tsp |
| Turmeric powder | ¼ tsp |
| Chat masala | ½ tsp |
| Egg whites | 2 to 3 |
| Tamarind paste | 3 to 4 tbsp |
| Olive oil | 2 to 3 tbsp |
| Salt | to taste |
Method:
Cut top of round bottle and with the help of spoon take out the pulp. In a chopper add pulp, 100 gm of chicken mince, 1 tbsp garlic paste, 3 to 4 tbsp tamarind paste, 2 to 3 egg whites, 1 tsp coriander powder, 1 tsp red chili powder, ½ tsp all spice powder, ¼ tsp turmeric powder, 2 to 3 chopped green chilies and ½ tsp chat masala to ix and put in chopper to grind. Then fill batter in the shallow round gourd and steam them. Then take it out and stir fry or bake them and serve hot.
