Gyoza Strip:

| Corn flour | ½ cup |
| Oil | for fry |

| Water | as required |
For filling:
| Prawns | 125 gm |
| Boneless chicken | 250 gm |
| Green onion | 1 to 2 sticks |
| White pepper powder | 1 tsp |
| Soya sauce | 1 tsp |
| Chinese salt | 1 pinch |
For sauce:
| Japanese soya sauce | ½ cup |
| Lemon juice | 4 tbsp |
| Chopped green onion | 2 to 3 sticks |
For garnish:
| Cabbage | as required |
| Sesame oil | as required |
For sauce:
In a mixing bowl add ½ cup Japanese sauce, 4 tbsp lemon juice and 2 to chopped green onion to mix. for Geuza strip: in a bowl add 2 cup white flour, ½ cup corn flour, 2 eggs, as required water and salt to taste to mix and knead. Roll it thin and long. Now cut them in round with round utensil. For filling: in a chopper add 125 gm prawns, 250 gm chicken, 1 to 2 green onion sticks, 1 tsp white pepper powder, 1 pinch Chinese salt and salt to taste to grind and make paste. Now place the mixture in the center of round stripes and brush egg on edges and fold in round moon shape. Now grease pan with oil and cook 5 to 6 at a time and add 2 to 3 tbsp water and cover the lid for 1 to 2 minutes, dish it out and garnish with gueza sauce and cabbage.
