Garlic Buns By Shireen Anwar

Ingredients:

 

  • Flour 2 cups
  • Yeast 1 tsp
  • Oil ¼ cup
  • Sugar 1 tsp
  • Salt ½ tsp
  • Egg 1
  • Luke warm water to knead
  • Garlic paste 1 tsp
  • Garlic powder 1 tsp

Method:

 

  1. Put all the ingredients in a bowl except egg and garlic powder and knead to a soft dough, leave to rise in a greased bowl for 30 mins until double, punch down dough make into small balls leave to rise in a greased 9 inch round pan until double, brush with beaten egg sprinkle with garlic powder bake on 190 D for 20 mins.
