Ingredients:
- Chicken Drumsticks 4
- Cottage Cheese 200 gms
- Green Chilies (small) 12
- Green Chilies (medium) 4
- Green chilies (large) 5
- Garlic 6 cloves
- Lemons 1
- Ginger 1 piece
- Egg 1
- Oil as required
- Red Pepper (Crushed) 1 tsp
- Flour 4 tbsp
- Tomato Paste 2 tsp
- Coriander Leaves 3 tbsp
- Cumin 1 tsp
- Coriander seeds 1 tsp
- Carom Seeds ½ tsp
- Salt to taste
Method:
- Remove chicken from the drumsticks
- Now crush carom seeds, cumin, coriander seeds together using hand grinder.
- In another bowl mix cottage cheese, ground masala , green chilies, garlic, ginger and salt
- Fill this cheese mixture inside large green chilies and around chicken drumsticks.
- Now heat oil in a pan and fry garlic, now add stuffed chicken with water, salt and lemon juice, cover and cook for 5 minutes, add tomato paste to it .
- In a bowl mix eggs, crushed red pepper, flour and salt with some water.
- Heat oil in another pan. Dip large green chilies in egg mixture and fry .
- Serve stuffed drumsticks with stuffed green chilies on a platter, garnish with coriander, ginger.
