Ingredients:
- Eggs 8
- Caster Sugar 150 gms
- Flour 100 gms
- Vanilla Essence ½ tsp
- Caster Sugar to sprinkle
- Salt a pinch
Method:
- Beat egg and sugar till it’s light and fluffy, now add vanilla essence to it.
- Add a mixture of flour and salt to the egg mixture and fold it in using hands.
- Now spread this mixture in a baking tray and bake it for 15 minutes on 250 degree
- Wait for the sponge to cool, sprinkle sugar o it and roll it.
