Zucchini Chutney

Ingredients:

  • Diced zucchini 3/4 cup
  • Chopped ginger 2 tsp
  • Green chillies (slit and deseeded) 2
  • Fresh curry leaves 4-5
  • Dry ginger powder 1/2 tsp
  • Caster sugar 3 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil

Method:

  1. Heat oil in a pan, and sauté diced zucchini
  2. Add chopped ginger, green chilies, curry leaves, dry ginger powder, caster sugar, salt, and oil together.
  3. Cool and grind. Serve.
