Timatar aur Lehsan ki Chutney

Ingredients:

  • Tomatoes (finely chopped) 4-6
  • Lemons 4
  • Green Chilies 6
  • Garlic Cloves 6
  • Curry Leaves 8
  • Mustard Seeds few
  • Mustard Oil 1 cup
  • Onion Seeds 1tsp
  • Cumin Seeds 1tsp
  • Red Chili Powder 1tbsp
  • Salt as required

Method:

  1. Heat the mustard oil in a pan and sauté the mustard seeds for 2-3 minutes.
  2. .Then add the tomatoes, green chilies, garlic cloves, curry leaves, onion seeds
  3. Add white cumin powder, red chili powder, ginger garlic paste and salt.
  4. When mixture dries and the oil floats on top squeeze the juice of one lemon.
