Ingredients:
- Bhel Poori (small pieces) 1 dozen
- Boiled Potatoes (small cubes) 4
- Channa Papri 1 packet
- Onions (chopped) 2
- Salt as required
- Lemons 2
- Finely Chopped Tomatoes 4
- Finely Chopped Mint Leaves ½ bunch
- FOR GREEN CHILI CHATNI:
- Green Chilies 8
- Mint Leaves ½ bunch
- Green Coriander 1 bunch
- Garlic Cloves 6
- White Cumin 1 tsp
- Salt as required
Method:
- First spread 1 dozen bhel poori in a deep pan.
- Then add 1 packet channa papri, 4 finely chopped tomatoes
- Add 2 chopped onions, salt as required, 2 lemons for lemon juice
- Add ½ bunch finely chopped mint leaves and mix it properly
- Then add 4 boiled potatoes in cubes.
- For green chili chatni, add 8 green chilies, ½ bunch mint leaves,
- Add 1 bunch green coriander, 6 garlic cloves and 1 tsp white cumin and blend it.
- Then add salt as required.
- For serving put bhel poori in a bowl.
- With that put tamarind date chatni in a bowl.
- Also put green chilies and bhel poori on the top.
- Put the remaining in other bowl.
