Warqi Samosa

Ingredients:

  • Plain Flour 1 1/2cup
  • Salt ½ tsp
  • Water for kneading
  • Ghee as required
  • Dry Plain Flour as required
  • Ingredients For Filling:
  • Eggs 3
  • Onion (chopped) 1 ½ cup
  • Green Chilies (chopped) 6
  • Turmeric ½ tsp
  • Salt ½ tsp
  • Coriander Leaves 2 tbsp
  • Oil 2 – 3 tbsp


Method:

  1. Knead flour salt with water, make into small balls
  2. Then roll 5 balls of the same size, as saucer
  3. Spread one put some melted ghee sprinkle little flour cover with another Roti go on doing till all 5 have been put on top of each other.
  4. Know cover with a pan leave it for 30 mins.
  5. Then roll out by sprinkling very little flour to a big round roti size of a dinner plate.
  6. Cut in four, then apply little water around the edges of each trainable piece
  7. Put the prepared filling in between press down near the filling, don’t press the edges
  8. Heat ghee in a wok , slightly it should not be hot
  9. Deep fry the samosa splashing the ghee on top till light brown, serve hot.
