Ingredients:
- Plain Flour 2 cup
- Yogurt 1 tbsp
- Salt 1/2 tsp
- Ghee 1 tbsp
- Powder Milk 2 tbsp
- Water to knead
Method:
- Mix all together, knead into a medium dough leave to rest for 2 hours
- Make into small balls
- Spread balls with oil cover and leave it for a while
- Then roll into puri deep fry in hot oil.
