Sabzi Cutlets Recipe

Ingredients:

  • Grated Cottage Cheese 100 gm
  • Grated Cabbage 100 gm
  • Boiled, Grated Potatoes 2-3
  • Green Chilies 2-3
  • Finely Chopped Onion 2
  • Egg 2-3
  • Gram Flour 4 tsp
  • Finely Chopped Coriander Leaves ½ bunch
  • Lettuce 2-3 leaves
  • Tomatoes 2-3
  • Oil 2-3 tbsp
  • Salt to taste

Method:

  1. In a mixing bowl add grated cottage cheese, grated cabbage
  2. Add boiled potatoes, onion, gram flour, coriander and salt. Mix well
  3. Make cutlets from the mixture and set aside
  4. Beat eggs in a separate bowl
  5. Heat oil in a pan and dip cutlets in the eggs
  6. Fry the cutlets until they turn golden
