Ingredients:
- Grated Cottage Cheese 100 gm
- Grated Cabbage 100 gm
- Boiled, Grated Potatoes 2-3
- Green Chilies 2-3
- Finely Chopped Onion 2
- Egg 2-3
- Gram Flour 4 tsp
- Finely Chopped Coriander Leaves ½ bunch
- Lettuce 2-3 leaves
- Tomatoes 2-3
- Oil 2-3 tbsp
- Salt to taste
Method:
- In a mixing bowl add grated cottage cheese, grated cabbage
- Add boiled potatoes, onion, gram flour, coriander and salt. Mix well
- Make cutlets from the mixture and set aside
- Beat eggs in a separate bowl
- Heat oil in a pan and dip cutlets in the eggs
- Fry the cutlets until they turn golden
