Rice Pakoray

Ingredients:

  • Boiled rice 250 gm
  • Chicken mince 250 gm
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
  • Green chilies 4 to 5
  • Green coriander ½ bunch
  • Red chili crushed 1 tbsp
  • All spice powder 1 tsp
  • Turmeric powder ½ tsp
  • Egg 4
  • Bread crumbs 5 tbsp
  • Baking soda ½ tsp
  • Oil for fry
  • Salt to taste

Method:

  1. In a mixing bowl add 250 gm boiled rice, 250 gm chicken mince, 1 tsp ginger garlic paste,
  2. Add 4 to 5 green chilies, ½ bunch green coriander, 1 tbsp red chili crushed, 1 tsp all spice powder,
  3. Add ½ tsp turmeric powder, 4 eggs, 5 tbsp bread crumbs,
  4. Add ½ tsp baking soda and salt to taste to mix and make balls from batter.
  5. Heat oil in a wok and deep fry them.
  6. Dish it out and serve hot.
