Ingredients:
- Boiled rice 250 gm
- Chicken mince 250 gm
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
- Green chilies 4 to 5
- Green coriander ½ bunch
- Red chili crushed 1 tbsp
- All spice powder 1 tsp
- Turmeric powder ½ tsp
- Egg 4
- Bread crumbs 5 tbsp
- Baking soda ½ tsp
- Oil for fry
- Salt to taste
Method:
- In a mixing bowl add 250 gm boiled rice, 250 gm chicken mince, 1 tsp ginger garlic paste,
- Add 4 to 5 green chilies, ½ bunch green coriander, 1 tbsp red chili crushed, 1 tsp all spice powder,
- Add ½ tsp turmeric powder, 4 eggs, 5 tbsp bread crumbs,
- Add ½ tsp baking soda and salt to taste to mix and make balls from batter.
- Heat oil in a wok and deep fry them.
- Dish it out and serve hot.
