Ingredients:
- Whole black pepper 2 tbsp
- Nut meg ½ tsp
- Mace ½ tsp
- Aniseed 2 tbsp
- Cinnamon 3 sticks
- Small cardamom 10
- Black cumin 2 tbsp
Method:
- In a flat pan add 2 tbsp whole black pepper, ½ tsp nut meg, ½ tsp mace,
- Add 2 tbsp aniseed, 3 cinnamon sticks,
- 10 small cardamom and 2 tbsp black cumin to roast and grind.
