Curly Fries

Ingredients:

  •  Potatoes 500 grams
  • Garlic Powder 1 tsp
  • White Pepper Powder ½ tsp
  • Paprika Powder 1 tsp
  • All Purpose Flour or Corn Flour ½ cup
  • Oil for frying
  • Salt to taste

Method:

  1.  Take a mixing bowl add f1/2 cup of all purpose flour , 1 tsp of garlic powder,
  2. Add ½ tsp of white pepper powder and a pinch of salt cut the ½ kg of potatoes in curly shape
  3. Add into the all purpose mixture mix it well. take a cooking pan heat the oil and fry the curly fries
  4. Take it out in a tissue paper or a chicken towel , drain it and serve it
