Ingredients:
- Baby Potatoes 1 kg
- Corn Flour 1 cup
- Flour ½ cup
- Turmeric half tsp
- Chili Powder 1 ½ tsp
- Soya Sauce 2 tbsp
- Chili Garlic Sauce half cup
- Lemon Juice 2 tbsp
- Black Pepper half tsp heaped
- Red Food Color a pinch
- Garlic (crushed) 1 tbsp
- Oil as required
- Curry Leaves 15 – 20
- Green Chilies (sliced) 4
- Sweet Chili Sauce half cup
Method:
- Mix together corn flour and flour into thick batter.
- peel and boil potatoes half done dip in batter deep fry until light golden.
- Mix lemon juice black pepper food color with quarter cup water.
- Heat oil adds crushed garlic and green chilies. Curry leaves all the sauces.
- Lemon juice and food color mixture.
- Mix well adds fried potatoes.
- Cook till potatoes coated with masala serve immediately.
