Ingredients:
- Chopped green chilies 250 gm
- Chopped Garlic 8 cloves
- Nigella Seeds 1 tsp
- Cumin seeds 1 tsp
- Turmeric 1 tsp
- Lemon Juice 3
- Salt to taste
- Oil 4 tbsp
Method:
- Take together chopped green chilies, 8 cloves chopped garlic,
- Add 1 tsp nigella seeds, 1 tsp cumin, 1 tsp turmeric, 3 lemon juice and some salt.
- Cover then and refrigerate them for 2-3 hours.
- Take some oil in the pan and sauté the mixture on a low flame.
- When it cools keep it aside and put it in a dry jar.
