MANGO CRUMBLE PIE

INGREDIENTS FOR THE CRUST:

Flour  2 cup

Salt      1 pinch

Crushed Sugar    1 cup

Butter     200g

Milk     as required

INGREDIENTS FOR FILLING:

Cream      250g

Egg yolk     4

Mango Jelly       1 packet

Crushed Sugar     1 cup

Mango Pulp     2 cup

Vanilla Essence    1 tsp

Gelatin     1 tbsp

METHOD:

For making crust, add 2 cup flour, 1 pinch salt, 1 cup crushed sugar and 200g butter. Mix them all and knead it with required milk.

Now put it on a pie tray on 180C and bake it for 20 minutes.

For the filling, add 4 egg yolks, 1 cup crushed sugar and 1 tsp vanilla essence in a bowl and beat it.

Now cook 1 packet mango jelly and when it’s done then add 1 tbsp gelatin powder and dissolve it in water and then add it and mix it in the egg yolk mixture and beat it.
