Ingredients:
- Chilies 10
- Oil ½ cup
- Crushed Red Chilies 1 tsp
- Brown Sugar 1 tsp
- Salt ½ tsp
- Thick Tamarind Pulp 2 tbsp
- Tomato Ketchup 2 tbsp
- Achar Masala 2 tbsp
Method:
- Cut 10 chilies.
- Now in a bowl add 2 tbsp thick tamarind pulp, 2 tbsp tomato ketchup, 2 tbsp achar masala, ½ tsp salt
- Add 1 tsp crushed red chilies and brown sugar.
- Mix them all and then fill them in the chilies.
- Now heat ½ cup oil and fry the chilies and put it in the jars.
- In the end use the remaining oil if required.
