Achari Imli Mirch Recipe

Ingredients:

  • Chilies    10
  • Oil           ½ cup
  • Crushed Red Chilies         1 tsp
  • Brown Sugar        1 tsp
  • Salt       ½ tsp
  • Thick Tamarind Pulp     2 tbsp
  • Tomato Ketchup        2 tbsp
  • Achar Masala        2 tbsp

Method:

  1. Cut 10 chilies.
  2. Now in a bowl add 2 tbsp thick tamarind pulp, 2 tbsp tomato ketchup, 2 tbsp achar masala, ½ tsp salt
  3. Add 1 tsp crushed red chilies and brown sugar.
  4. Mix them all and then fill them in the chilies.
  5. Now heat ½ cup oil and fry the chilies and put it in the jars.
  6. In the end use the remaining oil if required.
