Sajji Pulao Recipe by Chef Rida Aftab

Ingredients:

  • For Sajji:
  • Whole chicken                             1
  • Roasted cumin                   2 tsp
  • Chaat masala                     2 tsp
  • Ginger garlic                       2 tsp
  • Salt                                         2 tsp
  • Vinegar                                 ½ cup
  • Red chili powder               1 tbsp
  • Oil                                          4 tbsp
  • Ingredients For Pulao:
  • Boiled rice                           ½ kg
  • All spice powder      1 tbsp
  • Green chilies                       6
  • Onion                                    1
  • Ginger garlic                       2 tsp
  • Raisins                                  1 cup
  • Oil                                          4 tbsp

 

Method:

  1. For sajji marinate whole chicken with above ingredients for overnight.
  2. Then dry the water in the strainer.
  3. Now cook in a wok for about half an hour.
  4. Once it is half cooked, bake in the oven and serve hot.
