Fire crackers shrimps

Ingredients:

  • Shrimps ½ kg
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Crushed red pepper 1 tsp
  • Black pepper ½ tsp
  • Egg 1
  • Corn flour 4 tbsp
  • Flour 1 tbsp
  • Baking powder ½ tsp
  • Soya sauce 1 tbsp
  • Method for shrimps
  • Mix altogether in a bowl and deep fry shrimps until golden brown. Keep aside.
  • Fire cracker sauce
  • Sweet chili sauce 4 tbsp
  • Chili garlic sauce 4 tbsp
  • Chili paste 2 tbsp
  • Vinegar 2 tbsp
  • Ketchup 2 tbsp
  • Oil ¼ cup
  • Garlic 1 tbsp chopped
  • Spring onion chopped 1
  • Red capsicum finely chopped 2 tbsp

 

 

Method:

  1. Heat oil fry garlic till light golden
  2. Add in all the sauces with fried shrimps balls, toss well in gravy.
  3. Serve garnish with spring onion chopped and chopped red capsicum.
  4. Serve on a bed of thin rice stick noodles.
