Ingredients:
- Colocasia ½ kg
- Gram flour 1 cup
- Egg 1
- Green chilies 3
- Tamarind paste ½ cup
- Chopped green coriander ½ bunch
- Chopped mint leaves ½ bunch
- Yogurt 1 tsp
- Carom seeds 1 tsp
- Red chili flakes 1 TBSP
- Kabab Masala 1 tbsp
- Oil to fry
- Salt to taste
Method:
- Wash, peel and boil colocasia.
- In a bowl, take 1 cup gram flour, 1 egg, 1 tsp kabab masala, 1 tbsp red chili flakes
- Add 1 tsp carom seeds, salt, ½ bunch green coriander, ½ bunch mint leaves
- Add ½ cup tamarind paste and make a thick paste out of these things.
- When the colocasia is cooked, Cool it.
- Grease your hands and press the boiled colocasia in the shape of cutlets.
- Add in the gram flour mixture and make cutlets.
- Deep fry them and serve them with tomato ketchup.
