Ingredients:
- For Kabab:
- Beef Mince ½ kg
- Fats 150 gms
- Chopped garlic 5-6 cloves
- Ginger 1 inch piece
- Onion 1
- Red Chili Flakes 2 tbsp
- Crushed Coriander 1 tsp
- Crushed Cumin 1 tsp
- Chopped Coriander ½ bunch
- Chopped Green Chilies 2-3
- Egg 1
- Bread Crumbs ½ cup
- Clarified Butter 1 cup
- Salt to taste
- For Gravy:
- Chopped Onion 1
- Chopped Ginger Garlic 2 tbsp
- Chopped Tomatoes 2-3
- Chopped Green Chilies 3-4
- Fresh Coriander ½ bunch
- Salt to taste
- Coal 1 piece
Method:
- FOR MAKING KABAB:
- Add all ingredients in a chopper and make paste, then make kabab and fry
- After fry and put separately
- For Greavy
- Heat 2-3 tbsp oil and fry garlic paste and onions
- Add tomato and fry
- Add 3 to 4 green chilies, salt and coriander and mix
