Tawa Chanp

Ingredients:

  • Mutton Chops                        1 kg
  • Tomatoes (chopped)              4
  • Onion (chopped)                    2
  • Yogurt                                     2 cup
  • Oil                                            ½ cup
  • Salt                                                 1-1/2
  • Ginger                                            ½
  • Black Pepper (crushed)                 1 tbsp
  • Green Chilies (sliced)                    6-8
  • Red Chili Powder                          1 tbsp
  • Coriander Powder                         2 tbsp
  • Garam Masala Powder                 1 tbsp
  • Coriander (chopped)                    1 cup
  • Cumin Powder                               2 tbsp

Method:

  1. Heat oil on a flat pan and fry chops , now add tomatoes, onions and fry on high flame for 5 minutes.
  2. Now add salt and 2 cups water.
  3. Cook on low flame for 2 minutes, cover and leave it till water dries off.
  4. Add coriander, cumin, red chili powder, oil and cook for 5 minutes
  5. Add yogurt and cook for 2 minutes, add green chilies, black pepper , ginger and garam Masala.
  6. Cook on high flame till the oil starts coming off.
  7. Lastly add coriander and serve
