Ingredients:
Mutton Breast 500 grams
Yogurt 1 cup
Tomatoes 3-4
Cloves 4-5
Cinnamon 2 sticks
Green Cardamom 4-5
Crushed Cumin ½ tsp
Crushed Black Pepper 1 tsp
Ginger Garlic Chopped 1 tbsp
Oil 3-4 tbsp
Salt to taste
For Hara Masala:
Papaya Paste 2 tbsp
Green Chilies 2-3
Fresh Coriander ½ bunch
For Garnishing:
Green Chilies 5-6
Ginger 1 inch Piece
Method:
For Green Masala:
First take a grinder add 2-3 green chilies, ½ bunch of coriander 2 tbsp of papaya paste mix it well to make a thick paste. Marinate the mutton breast and leave it for 1 hour set a side.
For Seena Masala:
Take a cooking pan add 3-4 tbsp of clarified butter or oil 2 sticks of cinnamon 4-5 cloves, 4-5 green cardamoms, when its ting ling add 500 grams of marinate mutton breast and add 1 tbsp of ginger garlic paste and roast it when the oil its comes up add ½ tsp of cumin seeds, 1 tsp of black pepper, a pinch of salt, 1 cup of yogurt mix it well cook till the mutton is tender.
Now mutton breast is tender and dry the grave add 3-4 chopped tomatoes cook for high flame for 4-5 minutes until the tomatoes are melt dish out into the serving platter. Garnish with green chilies or ginger slice and serve it hot.
